These Three Charts Will Tell You Where to Go to College

The Department of Education, for now, publishes a tremendous amount of data on educational results.

This data is an eye opener if you want to pick the type of 4-year education that has the lowest chance of graduating.

Private Non-Profit 4-Year School

Public 4-Year School

For-Profit 4 Year School

What makes these statistics even worse is that while the top two categories remain mostly stable, the for-profit schools continue a downward decline in graduation rates. Currently the rate is 25.9% of students will ever graduate. But 100% of students who take on loans will have debt.

Yet while graduation rates were declining at for-profit schools, revenue was increasing.
